Mick Adams, Group Board Advisor and former aviation CEO, has been instrumental in the industry for more than four decades. Over the last four years, he has overseen significant growth in UK MRO operations, expanding from a single narrow body aircraft facility in Newquay to introducing two MRO start-ups in Birmingham and Manchester, with capacity for multiple lines of narrow and wide body aircraft.

Mick has delivered two firsts for UK aviation: the Boeing Wedgetail programme in Birmingham and the Boeing 777 Passenger to Freighter conversion programme in Manchester. In doing so, he has helped create hundreds of jobs and built the UK's largest independent MRO with Civil and Military aviation.

Mick is a Fellow of The Royal Aeronautical Society and Executive Board Member of the International Federation of Airworthiness. He has received several industry awards to include:
